How do we collect information?
We obtain information primarily through yourselves subscribing and opting in to receive information from us, via our website or social media pages. You may have purchased from our online shops, requested a password or information.
What type of information is collected?
We only have the information you have given us – Name, Address, Dance School Name, Email and telephone number. If you place an order we also have those order details on line. We do not possess any payment or card details as we use secure services – Paypal or Stripe.
How is it used?
We use your data for the following –
- Process orders placed
- Email marketing to keep you informed of all that we do.
- Seeks views or comments on our services
- Notify you of changes and new product lines
We retain your information until you tell us otherwise via email or the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Who has access to this information?
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. You will only receive information from the companies within The Dancers Board Ltd that you have requested to hear from. We do however have third party service providers who will have information – MailChimp our marketing platform, if you subscribe via a link it is via MailChimp and you can unsubscribe at any time via a link at the bottom of the emails. If you purchase from our site or request a password it is via our website providers.. Both MailChimp and our website are GDPR compliant and secure.
Third Party Access to Data.
Your information is shared between International Dance Rewards and Rockpool Creative owned by Frances Clifford, Emily Foster & Jen Sinclair, employed by International Dance Rewards. Rockpool Creative work on behalf of International Dance Rewards to aid website function and assist with marketing. They will never share your information with third parties without your prior consent. These third parties will not use your personal information for any other purposes than what International Dance Rewards have agreed to with them, and you, and we request those third parties to implement adequate levels of protection in order to safeguard your personal information.

Data such as name, emails and addresses is held in a password encrypted site in the cloud.
In an instance where we have given you a password to access certain parts of our website, we ask that you keep it confidential.
